    How May We Help You? MCM Quality Systems, tries to bridge the gap between employers and bright job-seeking graduates by training them with the specific IT skills required in the job market. What we exactly do is assign them mock projects and upon assessing their performance, job-readiness we market their profiles to match their appropriate skill level between junior level to mid-level jobs place them on temporary contract jobs at various preferred partner clients for a period of a month to 1 year and even longer. When a company is in need of a resource to temporarily replace either a retired full-time employee or an injured worker, or if the employer needs extra hands-on-deck to implement a new project, they look to staffing/consulting companies like us to fill the skills gap.
